if you have multiple chat windows, make sure the window you are speaking to him from is set to elder dragon. if you set your main chat window to elder dragon but you speak to him from your spam window - it wont work

been trying to Forage this stuff for a bit now, I don't get forage as an ability is that required? every inch of this river and the pools at the end the only things I can pick up are not this, any help would be appreciated.
The Foraged stuff is tradeable, not sure if you will still find them available in the bazaar though
