Defeat Calix and rescue Tsaph Katta 0/1 (Arx Mentis)

Talk to Calix to begin the event.

Phase 1-
Defeat Principal Indagator Gordianus and avoid the Auras.

Phase 2-
Calix will activate with adds, around 80% HP or so, Lanys will activate, defeat Calix and get Lanys to 2%. After, Ognit will shouts 'Quickly! Gather!' go to him or you will eat Retribution of the Indagatoris Opertum

This task would not let me invite a level 100 toon. It kept repeating the to low message. I even moved the toon right to the quest giver. I instead invited another 101 and there was no problem.
