- Defeat Una Lucem, she casts Energy Whorl emote raises her sword, and Citadel Beam emote draws upon the destructive magic of the citadel. When the conduit is destroyed she loses the Citadel Beam ability and will use Citadel Strike instead on the same emote, when she is low HP she will cast Last Defense, around 2% she will de-aggro

The generators can be pick locked open to help with this part
This mission does not include a chest at the end. "Most" do, or so they claim, but not this one 
Una Lucem casts 'Last Defense' at 15% HP. The friendly Npc's never go below 50% HP. So, let the Npc's tank her while killing the power conduit.
