Enter the ore processing platform 0/1 (Combine Dredge) This will auto update at the 1st floor (as indicated by on the map)
Kill 2 operari 0/2 (Combine Dredge) Defeat 2 operari in the building
Place fire-resistant explosives in kilns 0/5 (Combine Dredge) In the rooms are Kilns, Right-Click the explosives by them
Kill 20 any Doomscale 0/20 (Combine Dredge) Defeat 20 doomscale in the building
Report success to Captain Mewes 0/1 (Combine Dredge) Return to and Hail Captain Mewes, then go through his text (as indicated by on the map)
