Kill 3 Penutarx Junction workers 0/3 (Arx Mentis) Defeat 3 workers
Grab the Key Attuner from the Arx Junction 0/1 (Arx Mentis) This is a ground spawn in the room on the North East table
Give the Attuned Portal Key to the noctis viratum 0/1 (Arx Mentis) Return to the noctis viratum and turn in the Key (as indicated by on the map)
Give the Key Attuner to the noctis viratum 0/1 (Arx Mentis) Turn in the Attuner
