Hunt down some Scratched Dinosaur Bones 0/2 (Thuliasaur Island) Defeat Dinosaurs until this finishes, these can be found throughout the jungle area
Obtain two Spotless Tortoise Shells 0/2 (Thuliasaur Island) Defeat Tortoises, you will get these upon defeating them (as indicated by on the map)
Purchase a Small Lantern 0/1 (Thuliasaur Island) Buy the Lantern from a Thaell Ew shopkeeper (as indicated by on the map)
Craft an Unfinished Tracker's Water Extractor 0/1 (ALL) Combine the Lantern, Shells and Bones in a Fletching Kit
Return the Extractor to Supplier Thissus 0/1 (Thuliasaur Island) Return to and Turn in the Extractor to Supplier Thissus (as indicated by on the map)

Need to make sure folks buy the fletching kit from a Thaell Ew Haggler in the temple by Thissus to make the combine. I did not get credit doing the combine in a regular fletching kit in PoK.
